I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the "forgot password" link on the log-in screen. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. If you run into a problem, email [email protected] with "deletion request" in the subject.
Someone is harassing me. What should I do?
Use the Report or Block button next to their profile or message. For serious cases, email [email protected] and we will act within hours.
Is the service free?
Joining is free. We do not charge for signing up, browsing profiles, sending messages or finding matches.
